These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryoMassage services, our website, bookings, memberships, and any related communications. By booking a session, purchasing a membership or gift card, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

CryoMassage offers CryoMassage, CryoCalm, and CryoRelax sessions, along with related wellness services at our Beavercreek, Ohio studio. Services are provided by trained staff and licensed massage therapists where applicable. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

You must be 18 or older to book a session on your own behalf. Minors require a parent or guardian's consent and presence where required by law. Our services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for medical care. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications that may affect your ability to safely receive services. CryoMassage reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time for safety reasons.

• Appointments are required and can be booked through our scheduling partner.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals that do not allow enough time to complete the session may be subject to a fee or count as a used session against your membership or package.
• Arriving late may shorten your session; full session fees still apply.

• Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file until canceled.
• Standard and Plus membership session credits reset each month and do not roll over unless expressly stated.
• Ultimate membership benefits, including Normatec Recovery Boots and ShapeScale scans, are unlimited during the active billing cycle and are not transferable.
• Memberships are personal to the member and may not be shared. Guest passes, when offered, follow the rules stated at the time of use.
• To cancel or pause a membership, contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

Prices are listed on our website and scheduling partner and may change at any time. All sales of single sessions, packages, memberships, and gift cards are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Unused sessions and gift card balances do not expire earlier than allowed by applicable law.

Gift cards may be used toward any CryoMassage service offered at the studio. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and are treated like cash if lost or stolen.

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment for guests and staff. CryoMassage may refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or otherwise disruptive.

You acknowledge that cryotherapy, massage, and related wellness services carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryoMassage, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive appointment, service, and promotional communications by email and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website, including the CryoMassage name, logo, tagline "One Area. One Session. One Outcome.™", branding, photography, and written material, is owned by CryoMassage or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Ohio.
